About the event
Look for the spooky and enchanting magic of October with fairy house-building, paper crown-making, and “Spooky Nature Search” bingo cards. A limited supply of fairy house-building natural materials will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own (fallen leaves, pinecones, acorn caps, small twigs, and dried flowers are all welcome)!
Merck Forest & Farmland Center holds Second Saturday programs each month at the Manchester Community Library. MFFC field educators provide seasonally themed environmental science learning and facilitate exciting and hands-on nature-based activities. Programs are designed for kids ages 6 and up.
