About the event

Join us for a full-day workshop exploring how landowners, foresters, and conservation professionals can adapt their forest stewardship practices to a changing climate. Led by Dr. Tony D’Amato (UVM), Dr. Ali Kosiba (Extension Forester), and other regional experts, the day will feature presentations, field discussions, and hands-on learning focused on climate impacts, adaptive management strategies, and practical tools for long-term forest health.


Registration is $20 and includes a bagged lunch. Registration is required. VT licensed foresters and LEAP credits available.


This workshop is presented in partnership by the UVM Forestry Program, UVM Extension, Vermont Woodlands Association, Merck Forest & Farmland Center, Audubon Vermont, and Vermont Department of Forests, Parks, and Recreation.
