Originally built as a sugar house in 1977, located in a secluded valley on Old Town Road, alongside White Creek. Has two rooms and a loft, covered outdoor gathering space, rocking chairs, and creek views.

Seasonal creek adjacent, 0.25 mi to spring at The Glen, or 0.5 mi to Birch Pond (treat before use)

All water outside the Visitor Center needs treatment before drinking or cooking, including Farm spigots. Natural water sources vary with the seasons—streams may freeze in winter or diminish during summer droughts as part of nature's cycle.
